Many benefit programs are available at a discount to groups, often providing additional benefits to employees over and above a firm's traditional fringe benefits, and / or may decrease a firm's tax liability.
Reviewing of all contracts, amendments, employee certificates and booklets pertaining to Employee Benefit Programs. In the review, ACS will confirm the various programs' compliance status in regard to applicable Federal and state legislation such as ERISA, ADEA, HIPAA and PPACA.
Reviewing and reporting on the financial experience for all lines of coverage. ACS will assess current plans and create financial forecasts for upcoming renewals, negotiate future benefit plan renewals, market your account and evaluate and analyze proposals received to determine if you are receiving the highest quality product at an appropriate cost.
If benefit or plan changes are made, Atlas will manage and coordinate the implementation of such changes with the vendor and you.
Atlas provides the required attention to detail, allowing seamless integration and flow through from the carrier to each employee participant.
Assisting with employee education, enrollment, and communication. Atlas will intercede on your behalf when a claim or premium problem cannot be resolved satisfactorily through the vendor's already established methods and guidelines.
Regular monitoring of applicable state and Federal laws and regulations. Atlas will send Bulletins to you regarding developments and the potential impact on your benefits program.
